Praise for Sitkovetsky Trio's new CD of Ravel & Saint-Saëns piano trios

The new CD by the Sitkovetsky Trio featuring Ravel & Saint-Saëns piano trios has been met with widespread acclaim. To coincide with the release on July 2nd, the Trio published a specially commissioned film by animator and bass player Pavel Hudec. Set against a background of the Sitkovetsky's performing Ravel's A minor trio, the animation beautifully brings to life the landscape and events that surrounded the creation of the piece. “The members of the Sitkovetsky Trio, who are no strangers to Irish audiences, find the colours and ebb and flow to bring out the mystery in the Ravel, and the argumentative clarity to energise the Saint-Saens”. Irish Times Culture
